Collection: Albert Aublet

Albert Aublet (1851–1938) moved between polished academic painting and the more atmospheric world of Orientalism. Trained under Claudius Jacquand and Jean-Léon Gérôme, he became known for elegant figures, nudes, genre scenes, and works shaped by his travels through North Africa and Constantinople.

That mix of graceful anatomy, flowing poses, and richly staged scenes gives his work plenty of details that translate naturally into temporary tattoo imagery.
