Where is my order? (United States)

Dear American customer,

Thank you for your order!

We ship from Spain and your package was shipped within 24h after you received the order confirmation email (unless you ordered on a Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday morning, in which case it will be shipped first thing on Monday morning).

Once your package makes it to the US in between 1 and 3 working days, your package will be mailed through USPS, and you should receive your order in 2-4 working days on average (outlying areas and busy periods of the year may take longer).

Summing up, on average you should receive your order in between 4 and 7 working days since you placed the order.

If you don't get your order in 7-14 working days, email us again please.
